AUDIENCE RESEARCH FOCUS GROUP MEETING ANALYSIS

For my research I posted the moodboard that my group created and asking people to answer certain questions about how the moodboard made people feel.

The questions where as follows,


1. What age would you aim this?

2. What gender?
3. What would attract the audience?
4. What can be added to make it more enticing?
5. What do you like and dislike about this moodboard?

My research was of 4 and as you can see they answered the questions sensibly, I could of down more in depth research and perhaps asked more people or tried to get more in depth answers, but this was not easy in the amount of time I had left. From the research what I will change about my plans is to first of all alter the age of my target market as at the start the target age was that of a much older generation but now I know i can change my age I am targeting to to more of an age of older teenagers to any age after that so instead from an age of 17 to late 27. People like the theme of black and white so this might push me towards doing the start of the title sequence in black and white this showing a different retro idea which is obviously very suitable towards my genre, but at the same time people like the idea of visual effects so perhaps I can push towards the idea of visual effects.
